As a psychologist with more than 7,800 clients supported over my career, I am passionate about helping people build resilience, overcome emotional challenges, and rediscover their sense of purpose and connection.
I believe therapy is a partnership — a safe and supportive space where we work together to create understanding and meaningful change. Using a blend of evidence-based therapies and psychometric tools, I tailor each session to your unique needs, whether that’s navigating stress, healing from past experiences, gaining clarity in relationships, or building direction in life.
Alongside therapy, I also offer personal and professional life coaching, supporting clients to strengthen confidence, improve performance, and create balance in both work and personal life.
In 2024, I was honoured to receive the Business Excellence Award for Health and Wellbeing, a recognition that reflects not only my professional dedication but also the courage of the clients who share their journeys with me.

Beyond my clinical and coaching work, I love sharing knowledge and connecting with people in creative ways. I am the co-host of The Business Hangover and Aware podcasts, where we explore conversations around wellbeing, leadership, and navigating the complexities of a modern working life.
As an author, writer, and course creator, I’ve developed resources to help individuals and organisations strengthen resilience, leadership, and emotional intelligence. I also regularly present at workshops and conferences, creating engaging learning experiences for audiences of all sizes.
My work has led me to become a trusted media expert, contributing to film, television, radio, print, and podcasts on topics ranging from psychology to workplace culture.
I am also the co-developer of the Aware Leadership online program, designed to support leaders in building self-awareness, empathy, and sustainable success.
