Background
Zarina is a registered psychologist who specialises in assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns across the developmental lifespan. Zarina’s professional interests include infant, child and adolescent mental health, parenting, trauma, attachment, relationship difficulties, fertility struggles, and chronic health conditions. Zarina has experience in a broad range of mental health presentations including anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns, as well as neurodevelopmental and cognitive disorders. Zarina has a particular skill-set in rapport and engagement, and has a warm and friendly approach to therapy.
Zarina is an experienced presenter, specialising in professional development in schools and workplaces. In addition to individual work, Zarina is currently available to run workshops and presentations.
