 Approach to Psychological Counselling

Annabelle has a warm and compassionate person-centred approach with her clients. She works collaboratively to help her clients find a place of caring understanding to achieve their goals. Psychoeducation, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Schema Therapy approaches are used as tools to help her clients develop gentle and kind insight into their emotional experiences, and provide strategies to regulate emotions. Annabelle has strong experience in educational assessments. Annabelle focuses on strengths, positive psychology, and working towards growth and flourishing.

 Background and Experience

Annabelle has extensive experience working in schools with children and adolescents. She has worked in private practice with adults. She also has worked as a secondary teacher, in tertiary education, and in the corporate sector as a consultant.
