Therapy & Checklists

Psychological therapy is the treatment and resolution of a problem or condition that is affecting the quality of the client’s life and relationships. Therapy can take a few sessions or years depending on the issues and the individual but generally most individuals attend between 8 to 18.

In therapy a client will learn to understand their behaviour and emotional world, learn strategies to enhance their relationships, improve their self regard and self esteem and change maladaptive thinking and behaviours.
